Terms and Conditions

 HOTEL “PUŠŲ PAUNKSNĖJE’

These General Terms and Conditions define the rights and obligations of the Parties when booking accommodation and other related services provided by  Hotel  “Pušų paunksnėje” (hereinafter referred to as the Hotel,  or “us”). We kindly ask you, as the recipients of the services (hereinafter referred to as “You”) to fully and thoroughly familiarize with all terms of services specified by the Hotel.

We would like to draw your attention to the fact that when you choose and order specific Hotel services, you are also provided with special terms and conditions for your chosen services, which specify and supplement these general terms and conditions. These general terms and conditions, together with the special terms and conditions provided to you, constitute an integral and inseparable agreement.

Accommodation and booking cancellation

When booking the services provided by the Hotel, you undertake to provide to the Hotel only correct and accurate information.

Only adults are entitled to reserve the services provided by the Hotel.

You must arrive at the Hotel no later than the time specified by the Hotel on the day of booking. You must also vacate the room and check out at the time specified by the Hotel. If you do not vacate the room or check out of the Hotel within the term specified by the Hotel and do not agree with the Hotel upon late departure conditions, you shall have to pay the Hotel the price of the Hotel Room for one day.

Check- in – from 14:00 o´clock
Early check- in – half- day fee is required (the fee depends on rooms’ daily price)

Check-out – 12:00 o’clock
Late check- out – half- day fee is required (the fee depends on rooms’ daily price)

 

The hotel emphasizes that cancellation and prepayment policies vary depending on the type of prepayment you choose. Therefore, full details of your cancellation and prepayment policy will be provided to you when booking your preferred rooms.

Daily rate
Free cancellation up to 7 days before the arrival. If the room is cancelled within 7 days before the arrival, the guest will have to pay the first night’s price.
Prepayment
The guest has to pay for the first night at least 7 days before arrival.

Deposit rate
The guest has to pay the first night’s price after the reservation.
Prepayment
As soon as the process of reservation is completed, the guest is required to pay the first night’s price.

Non-refundable
The guest is required to pay the total price after the reservation is completed.
Prepayment
The total price should be paid after the reservation.

Payment

By making a reservation, you undertake to pay the Hotel under the conditions and procedures specified by the Hotel for the goods and services ordered by you or provided to you and to compensate the Hotel for any damages done to the Hotel (e.g., damaged inventory, violations of the cancellation procedure, non-arrival etc.).

Additional services

Personal safes in the rooms are free of charge to use. We advise you to always keep valuable personal belongings and documents in the safe. The Hotel is not responsible for valuables left in the room and / or at the Hotel premises.

Under no circumstances is the Hotel responsible for the safety of your car, any damages to the car, wrecking or loss of the car, as well as the safety of any items in the car, damages done to them or their loss.

Minibar items in the room are charged extra. It is mandatory to pay for the goods consumed from the room’s minibar in accordance with the order, specified by the Hotel.

Information about other Hotel services can be provided to you at the Hotel reception or by contacting the Hotel.

Smoking in rooms

Smoking in the rooms and public areas is prohibited. Upon breach of this provision you shall be obliged to pay the Hotel a fine of 100 EUR, which is considered to be the minimum loss of the Hotel.

Pets

In order to bring a pet with you to the Hotel, you must carefully review conditions of the Hotel regarding the admittance of pets. Please note that  pets only  up to 10 kg accepted. Accommodation fee for pets (up to 10 kg) – 15 Eur/ per day You are responsible for any damages caused by the pet to the Hotel or third parties. In case of any doubts, please contact the Hotel before booking.

 

Liability

You undertake to use any electrical appliances properly and in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions and not to leave the appliances unattended.

You shall be responsible for damaging or destruction of any assets, located in the Hotel or in a specific room.

You are responsible for the damage and destruction of keys, cards, devices or other property handed over to you on the day of arrival. You undertake to return to the Hotel any keys, cards, devices or other property handed over to you no later than the day of departure upon check-out from the Hotel. If the transferred property is not returned on time, is damaged or destroyed, you unconditionally undertake to compensate the Hotel for the damage caused.

By using the Wi-Fi internet access provided by the Hotel, you undertake not to infringe the intellectual property rights of the Hotel or third parties, or to use the Internet access for malicious or any other illegal activity.

Protection of personal data

By subscribing to our newsletter or using other services that require registration and personal data, the clients should expect that www.pusupaunksneje.lt are going to use their e-mail as the main source of communication.
