This Privacy Policy sets out the terms and conditions of the processing of personal data of the visitors of the website www.pusupaunksneje.lt and other data subjects, the procedure for exercising the rights of data subjects related to the processing of personal data of UAB “Pušų paunksnėje”, legal entity code 152608147, registered office address S. The personal data of the website visitors are processed in accordance with the applicable legislation and with appropriate technical and organisational measures for the protection of personal data.

The Controller will only use the personal data provided by you or collected by the Controller with your consent for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. Your personal data is transferred to the Controller’s data processors who provide the website hosting and maintenance services. In the cases provided for by law, your data may be transmitted to the competent authorities.

PERSONAL DATA PROCESSED FOR COMMUNICATION PURPOSES

In order to respond to your request and to preserve evidence of the communication (in the legitimate interest of effective communication and to avoid disputes relating to the treatment of individuals), the Controller shall process the following information provided by you:

  • when contacting the email addresses provided on the website, the email address, the date and time of the email and the content of the correspondence with the representative of the Controller shall be processed;
  • when sending a letter to the address of the Controller’s registered office indicated on the website, the sender’s name, surname, address, the date of receipt of the letter and the information contained in the letter shall be processed;
  • when an enquiry is made via the enquiry form on the website (https://pusupaunksneje.lt/kontaktai/), the name, surname, email address, telephone number, date, time and content of the enquiry shall be processed;
  • the name of the user and the content of the correspondence with the representative of the Controller shall be processed when the user is contacted via the social network Facebook or Instagram account.

The personal data provided with the enquiries and further correspondence between you and the representative of the Controller will be kept for as long as necessary to perform the specific task and to ensure the exercise of the Controller’s rights, but no longer than 2 years from the date of receipt of these data.

If you make a request through your Facebook or Instagram account, the personal data you provide may be disclosed to the operators of that social network and to other persons with whom the operators of Facebook or Instagram share personal data. PERSONAL DATA PROCESSED FOR THE PURPOSES OF CONDUCTING E-COMMERCE, MAKING, PROCESSING, FULFILLING AND ADMINISTERING BOOKINGS VIA THE ELECTRONIC RESERVATION SYSTEM

For the purpose of concluding and executing the purchase contract, receiving, processing and fulfilling reservations using the Controller’s electronic reservation system, the Controller processes the following personal data of buyers:

  • name, address, contact telephone number and email address;
  • information related to the services booked through the online booking system (date of payment, services selected, prices, quantities, method of payment, other billing information, discounts granted, bank account number);
  • information related to the ordering of the gift voucher(s) in the online shop (name, surname, email address, telephone number, amount(s) of the gift voucher(s), quantity, other information provided);
  • other information provided.

The legal basis for the processing of personal data is the purpose of the performance of the contract, the receipt, processing, execution and administration of bookings through the electronic booking system.

If the contract is concluded with a legal person, the name, position and basis of representation of the representative of the legal person who concluded the contract shall be recorded.

Payments in the e-shop (electronic reservation system) are processed through the MakeCommerce.lt platform, which is operated by Maksekeskus AS (Niine 11, Tallinn 10414, Estonia, reg. No.: 12268475), and therefore the Buyer’s personal information necessary for the execution and confirmation of the payment will be transmitted to Maksekeskus AS.

The above data shall be kept for 10 years from the expiry of the purchase contract.

PERSONAL DATA OF CANDIDATES FOR EMPLOYMENT

The Controller shall process all personal data provided by persons, who wish to be employed by the Controller, for the sole purpose of recruitment and selection of employees, having a legitimate interest in assessing the suitability of the candidate for the job applied for.

In addition to the data provided by the person himself/herself who wishes to be employed by the Controller (https://pusupaunksneje.lt/karjera/), for the purpose of selection and recruitment, the Controller may collect and otherwise process other publicly available data of the candidate, i.e., search the Internet, check the candidate’s social network profiles (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter), etc. The Manager may also contact the candidate’s former employers listed in the candidate’s curriculum vitae and/or public social networking accounts and request information on the candidate’s qualifications, professional skills and business qualities.

The data on a candidate submitted and collected independently by a candidate participating in a selection procedure announced by the Controller for a specific post shall be kept by the Controller until the end of the selection procedure. The retention period shall be extended only with the individual consent of the candidate. If consent to store the candidate’s personal data beyond the end of the selection period is not obtained, all personal data of the candidate (both those submitted by the candidate and those collected by the Controller) shall be destroyed at the end of this period.

DIRECT MARKETING

Every website visitor can order news about the Controller’s activities, new product offers, promotions, birthday offers and other similar information (subscribe to the newsletter) by entering his/her e-mail address in the newsletter order form on the website:

The legal basis for the processing of the personal data of a newsletter subscriber is the subscriber’s consent to receive newsletters.

When a newsletter is ordered via a website, only the subscriber’s email address is used for the purpose of sending the newsletter.

Subscribers to the newsletter may unsubscribe from the Controller’s newsletter at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link in the newsletter or by submitting a request to the email address info@pusupaunksneje.lt. Personal data for the purpose of direct marketing is processed for 10 years after the subscription to the newsletter. Subscription information (consent to the processing of personal data for direct marketing purposes) is retained for a further year from the end of the newsletter.

                                             THE RIGHTS ENFORCEMENT PROCEDURE       

All persons whose personal data is processed by the Controller shall have:

ü the right to have access to his/her personal data processed by the Controller The rights of access and rectification of personal data shall be exercised by submitting a written request to the Controller’s registered office or to the e-mail address info@pusupaunksneje.lt (if the request is signed with an e-mail signature).

When making a request for access to personal data, the request must specify the categories of personal data to which you are requesting access.

When making a request for rectification of inaccurate or incorrect personal data, the request must specify the personal data you are requesting to be rectified.

ü The right to require the Controller to restrict the processing of personal data until the accuracy of the personal data has been verified, until it has been established whether the interests of the data subject who objects to the processing of the personal data are overridden by those of the Controller, and in cases where the processing of personal data is unlawful and the data subject does not consent to the erasure of that data This right shall be exercised by submitting a written request to the Controller’s registered office or to the email address info@pusupaunksneje.lt (if the request is signed by an email signature). If the request is justified, the processing of personal data shall be restricted within 5 working days of receipt of the request.
ü The right to data portability This right shall be exercised by submitting a written request to the address of the Controller’s registered office or by sending an email to info@pusupaunksneje.lt (if the request is signed by an email signature). If the request is justified, the Controller shall provide you or the controller you have indicated with your personal data in a computer-readable format no later than 30 days after receiving the request.
ü The right to object to the processing of personal data Business customers and their representatives, natural persons in respect of whom direct marketing is carried out without their consent, may exercise their right to object by submitting a request to info@pusupaunksneje.lt. In all other cases, if you object to the processing of your personal data, we will assess whether your legitimate interest overrides that of the Data Controller.
ü The right to request erasure This right shall be exercised by submitting a written request to the address of the Controller’s registered office or by sending an email to info@pusupaunksneje.lt (if the request is signed by an email signature). The Data Controller shall delete the personal data concerned or refuse the request within 30 days of receipt of the request at the latest, stating in writing the reasons for refusal.
ü The right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority This right may be exercised by lodging a complaint with the State Data Protection Inspectorate against any actions of the Controller relating to the processing of your personal data.

In cases where you exercise your rights by submitting a written request to the address of the Controller’s registered office by post, you must submit a notarised copy of your personal document (passport, ID card) together with the request.
